HOME : PRO AUDIO SALES : SHIPPING
Taking great care of your shipping requirements is one of the most important aspects of choosing a pro audio
dealer. AudioLot has a variety of different options and can get you the gear you need quickly and cost
effectively. In most cases, we'll even take care of all the shipping charges. We want you to feel comfortable
and secure, knowing that your new gear will arrive safe and sound so you can get up and running quickly.

Do live in the continental USA?
Here at AudioLot we make getting the gear you need easy. We'll take care of the ground shipping charges on
any order over $300, going anywhere within the continental United States. No matter how big, or how small, your
order may be, we want you to know that the price you pay, is the price to your door. Need your gear faster?
No problem. Our new checkout page provides options for you to select the shipping method that best suits your
needs. From ground to overnight we'll take care of you.

note: Some of our manufacturers still build to order and this may take some time. If you have questions please
give us a call or send us an e-mail and we'll be glad to inform you of a time frame.

Outside of the continental USA?
No problem at all. If you are in the USA but are in Alaska, Hawaii, etc. we'll get you your gear and deduct the
ground shipping charge that we would normally cover. You just cover the difference.

Do you live in another country?
AudioLot has customers all over the world and we will make sure that you get your gear safe and sound.
Due to the new security regulations here in the USA, we handle overseas (or rather outside of the country)
shipments in a slightly different way to ensure that you are never overcharged and can manage your shipment
at every turn.

Here's how it works:

We will ask you to setup a free account (if you don't already have one) with the shipper of your choice. We
recommend UPS, FedEx and DHL. Once you have setup your free account, you will call the shipper you have chosen
and ask them to please schedule what's known as a "Remote Pickup". Basically what this means is that
you are sending the shipper, on your account, to our location to pickup the package(s). You also need to ask them
to e-mail us any required documents that we will need to fill out, prior to the shipper arriving at our location.

We will fill out all of the paperwork and even cover the shipping expenses to bring the gear from the manufacturer
to our offices. The only shipping charge you pay will be the one assessed by the shipper you choose to use. This way,
you can shop around for the best price and the shipping company you feel most comfortable using.

You only pay us for the gear, nothing more.

Once we receive the tracking information from the manufacturer, we will e-mail you to inform you of the delivery date.
This way you'll know exactly what's going on at all times and can schedule the remote pickup accurately.

note: We do not recommend shipping via the US Postal Service. Packages have been mishandled and destroyed more times
that we can count. If you must have your shipment carried via the USPS, AudioLot takes no responsibility for the
shipment once it leaves our hands. We understand that it's a money saver but when your gear is at stake
it's just not worth the risk.

Once you've got your account setup and have gone through this process, you'll find that it's actually very simple and
cost-effective. Don't worry, if this seems hard we will walk you through every step personally via
phone,
live-chat or e-mail.

Will you mark the customs form with a lower value for me?
Marking a customs form at a lower value in order to help someone cheat the system and avoid paying proper taxes
and duties is a criminal offense. We know that some people will do this and try to slide things by, but we are a
properly registered USA business and we report all of our sales and shipments to the government each year. All
customs paperwork must be properly filled out and marked with the accurate amounts that you paid.
