This is a stereo version of the R14 Ribbon Microphone with a head that swivels 90 degrees. It also comes with its own stereo matrix so it can be run in three channel stereo mode or AB mode. It has a natural rich and silky sound and is the perfect complement to your microphone collection, offering a distinct color difference from condenser microphones with stunning phase accuracy. The microphone comes as a complete system, with the microphone in a wood box, shock mount, stereo matrix, 7-Pin cable and an attractive flight case. The SR 14, like all other Peluso microphones, is hand built in the USA. Microphone Cables The microphone cable can have a profound effect on the sound of any microphone. Even the finest microphones will sound poor if the interconnect cable allows noise to enter, or causes distortion and degradation of sound.
